Chef Chinwe Uzoh-Onuorah hails from Nigeria. She came to the United States and trained as a classical chef. Now she brings healthy, fusion meals right to your door. Every dish is inspired by her Nigerian roots, her travels around the world, and years of cooking experience.
Calories tell you how much energy is in your food. Each meal has less than 550. That is not a lot. So you can eat a tasty meal and still feel good after.
Protein helps your body get strong. It also keeps you full. You will not be hungry again an hour later. You will have energy all day.
Each box is full to the top. You get meat, rice, and veggies all in one box. When you finish, you will not still be hungry. One box is enough.
Every meal has all three: veggies, meat, and rice. Your body needs a little of each one. So you get a little of each one, every time.
We change the menu often. Jollof rice. Spicy chicken. Grilled salmon. Roasted veggies. There is always something new to try, so you never get bored.
Your meals come already cooked. You do not chop. You do not cook. You do not wash pots. Keep them in the fridge for up to 5 days, or put them in the freezer for later.

This is hands down the BEST meal prep service we have used. My fiance and I are very busy with work, planning a wedding and traveling, so we don't have enough time to cok during the week. The Gourmet and Go team is super nice people! I ended up picking up the meals instead of doing the delivery. I believe I got the blueberry lemon pancakes . It was so good, just enough of everything together. Definitely will be ordering again and trying out the delivery!
This food is 10 times better than Factor meal prep! When I say it’s good, I mean it is REALLY good! 😋 Everything was flavorful, fresh, and delicious. The only change I would make is to cook the broccoli a little longer so it’s softer. Other than that, absolutely amazing! 👏🏾

As a working couple, we don't have time to cook and prep our meals for lunch and dinner everyday. We tried this meal prep on recommendation of our colleague who follows this plan since months now. We absolutely loved the menu and the food. Its light to stomach but keeps you full for long. My favorite was bulgogi steak dish, my husband liked the salmon dish. Highly recommend to try it out for your convenience.
The meals are very flavorful, fresh, and great portion sizes. We've ordered two weeks thus far and have loved all the meals. So far the menu variety has been good and both myself and my partner have been able to choose items we like. Highly recommend and we'll be ordering again.
Absolutely loved the food!! It was the first time we tried this meal plan and it did not disappoint!! The cajun chicken and zucchini and Salmon dishes were my favorite. They even have great salad with delicious sauces. I personally enjoyed my meals of the week.
My first impression was great based on the meal containers portions they have. The aroma of my meals were great and it did tempt me to try it even when i was not hungry. I ate up half of the meal for testing and I absolutely loved it.! The meals are very fresh in taste and is 100% delicious. It kept me full for long and the portion is also great.

They deliver XL portions so its perfect for a filling meal time. My husband and I just order our favorites every week and we take these to our work place. After re-heating the meal, the taste seems to be fresh and does not lose any flavor. This plan has been easy and convenient for me so I will continue following it. The meals arrived as scheduled and my hubby and I feasted for about 6 days sharing one meal as the potions were large! Due to this being my first time ordering I ordered the chicken and salmon meals. They were tasty and well seasoned. The teriyaki salmon and the cajun chickenwere our favorite. The price was right and it took the pressure off of me to cook. Loved the variety it offered!
